Bartender and entrepreneur in the food and beverage sector, Alessandro boasts many years of experience in the most exclusive venues in Sicily and overseas, having collaborated with major brands and organizations. This project was born from the idea of blending aesthetic elegance with the premium quality of Mixology, supported by the knowledge developed thanks to a degree in economics, business administration and management.
